The guys down at Fresh Meal Plan may not be based exclusively in Tampa, but they are still in the state of Florida and serve Tampa citizens. If you’re a bit further out from central Tampa but still want to support local business, Fresh Meal Plan might be perfect for you.

Eatology has a rotating weekly menu and all of their meals follow not only the Paleo diet, but also Zone protocols (which count macronutrients to help with weight loss and total body recomposition).
For those looking to lose weight on their Paleo diet, Eatology is a great place to order from. Their meals come in blocks and you can order a medium meal (2 blocks – which relates to around 155-175 calories) or a large meal (3 blocks – around 230-250 calories).

Factor 75
Factor 75 are a national meal delivery service that pride themselves on creating no-nonsense good food suitable for the whole of the US. They have Paleo-friendly meals as well as ketogenic and low-carb options, which are indicated on every dish.
Factor 75 work on a subscription basis; you order a certain number of meals from them which are then delivered on a weekly basis. You can order as few as 4 meals per week up to 18, and rather than pricing per meal, they price per package, ie. 4-meal plans are more expensive per meal than 18-meal plans.
The guys at Factor 75 state that they don’t do Paleo ‘strictly’, although the way that they do prepare Paleo-friendly meals are pretty conducive to the rules.
